INGREDIENTS
1 pack of red jelly crystals (or a colour of your choice)8 marshmallows
16 chocolate drops (can also use smarties or M&Ms etc for more colour)
8 plastic cups (or glass if you want to be fancier)
METHOD
1. Prepare the jelly as per the instructions on the packet and put aside to cool2. Cut each marshmallow and press a chocolate drop firmly into the centre of each half (the cut halves will be sticky so they'll have no trouble sticking)
3. Place two marshmallow eyes at the bottom of each plastic cup and slowly pour the jelly mixture
evenly into the cups
4. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set
TIPS & TRICKS
- To ensure the jelly mixture is cool enough, keep it in the fridge while you make the eyes and prepare the glasses. The reason for this is so the marshmallows don't melt into the hot jelly mixture.
- If your eyes flip whilst pouring in the jelly, just use a fork to flip them back over.
